1934 Ford Street Rod for sale! Motorcar Classics is pleased to present this classic 1934 Ford 5-Window Coupe Street Rod. Our 34 Coupe is a traditional Rod that features an uncut, all-steel, Briggs body painted in gloss Ebony Black with beautifully done custom flames that fade from orange to red, with subtle blue outlines. The traditional look continues with powder coated red steel wheels, chrome trim rings, Ford V8 logo hub caps, and wide whitewall tires. Full fenders and running boards, stock chrome bumpers and chrome headlamp buckets, and the classic chrome 34 grill are all stock. The red interior features a custom leather seat and upholstery and engine-turned dash with Stewart-Warner gauges. Power is by a Corvette 350 CI V8 that has been stroked to 383 CI, mated to a Tremec 6-Speed manual gearbox, connected to a 4.56 12-bolt rear. The engine features aluminum heads, MSD ignition, and polished Edelbrock intake and carburetor. The motor was built by McBetts Racing Engines of Holbrook, NY, known for over 30 years for superior high performance and racing engines. Stopping power comes from discs up front, and drums in the rear. The car was built about ten years ago and is reported to have less than 1,500 miles on the motor. If you grew up around street rods in the 50's and 60's, this car is sure to bring back memories. The 34 5-window is one of the most venerated designs of its time, and this car is sure to recall those simpler times. The car is well-sorted and a delight to drive.
