We not only buy and sell some of the most sought after vehicles in the world, we also offer premier consignment services. Whether one car or an entire collection, Motorcar Classics has the best internet-driven marketing program to find a new owner for your vehicle, as well as a vast client network all over the world. With over 200 vehicles in inventory and 80,000+ square feet of showroom & warehouse space, Motorcar Classics is one of the largest and highest rated exotic and classic car dealerships in the country. We know that parting with your vehicle can be hard to do, here at Motorcar Classics we look to make that process as seamless and enjoyable as possible.

Upon consignment, your exotic or classic car will be stored in our immaculate facility & receive a full complimentary hand wash. Next your vehicle is professionally photographed in our state-of-the-art photo booth. We take great pride in the photography of our inventory to ensure we capture the beauty of the vehicle at every angle. Lastly your car is quickly uploaded to our website and numerous other leading third-party automotive sites. All of our inventory is stored in our museum-like showroom and not driven except as a condition of closing a sale.

WHY CONSIGN WITH US?

NO UPFRONT FEES
When you consign your exotic or classic car with Motorcar Classics there are absolutely no fees. To get things started we simply need the vehicle on premise and the consignment vehicle paperwork so we can best represent your vehicle. We don’t get paid until we sell your car. Our consignment percentage is typically 5% or a $3,000 minimum, depending on the value of the vehicle.

Did you know that you receive a Sales Tax Credit when you trade in or sell a car to a dealership? This is no different with a Consignment Car, and you will be given those same tax credits once we sell your vehicle. This allows you to apply your tax credit to any car in our inventory.

We allow continued access to your vehicle while we work hard to sell it. In the event of a sale we will handle all the paperwork for both parties and simply mail or wire you payment.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO SELL MY CAR?

Absolutely. Motorcar Classics Sales Team are experts in the current exotic and classic car market. We also utilize advanced online appraisal tools to compare current market prices of similar vehicles.

WHERE WILL MY EXOTIC OR CLASSIC CAR BE ADVERTISED?

Motorcar Classics pays top dollar to ensure your vehicle is being advertised in all the right places. Aside from our website we advertise our inventory on over 20 automotive websites. We also participate in various newspapers and other print ad campaigns.

HOW DO I GET MY VEHICLE TO YOUR FACILITY?

If you are unable to drop your vehicle off we can transport your car using trusted transport companies from anywhere in the world to our facility.

DO I NEED TO HAVE MY TITLE TO CONSIGN MY CAR?

If a vehicle currently has a lien from a bank we can still consign that vehicle. When the vehicle is sold the payoff is made to the appropriate lien holder and the remainder is paid to the seller.

WHAT PAPERWORK AND DOCUMENTATION IS REQUIRED?

Signed Consignment Agreement. Copy of valid drivers license & vehicle(s) registration and insurance. Additional documentation of your vehicle is also helpful: service records, window sticker, documents of restoration and history of the car.

DO I HAVE ACCESS TO MY VEHICLE AFTER CONSIGNING IT?

Yes. After consigning your vehicle with us you will have access to your car if requested. Should you decide to come take it for a spin please give us a 24 hour notice so we may accommodate you accordingly.
