Motorcar Classics is proud to present this rare and meticulously restored 1979 Pontiac Trans Am 10th Anniversary Edition featured in the correct & beautiful color combination of the upper body in metallic Gray and lower body in Platinum Silver with a stunning Silver Pearl Leather Bucket Seat Interior. This frame-Off, nut & bolt restored Firebird is truly better than new and was done to the highest standards we have ever seen. Everything component has been powder-coated or painted using the correct colors and textures. The car shows only 33,812 original miles on the odometer. The original L80 6.6L 403 CID V8 4-bbl engine is mated to a 350 Turbo Hydramatic 3-Speed automatic transmission. This Trans Am drives and handles as new shifting tight and sharp through all RPM ranges. The car has the original 3.08:1 rear differential ratio which provides a good balance between performance and relaxed highway cruising.
