This final version of the XJS convertible is a refined and classic British grand touring four passenger convertible. These cars benefit from major quality improvements of the Ford era and feature all the refinements including the face-lifted styling and the last and best version of the Jaguars 4 liter AJ6 6-cylinder DOHC engine and four-speed automatic transmission. These 6 cylinder cars are considerably less maintenance intensive, more refined and more economical that the earlier 12 cylinder cars making them the preference of Jaguar enthusiasts.
